KOL Mezcaleria

KOL Mezcaleria is inspired by Mexico’s convivial and vibrant mezcalerias, with a focus on mezcal and all agave spirits. Bar Manager Matthias Ingelmann is championing small-scale producers and working directly with independent distillers from the Yucatán to Jalisco to curate one of London's most unique collections of mezcals, tequilas and other Mexican spirits.

Cocktails draw on two influences: traditional Mexican drinking culture and seasonal British ingredients. Matthias crafts unique cocktails infused with wild, seasonal ingredients sourced from the British Isles, like homemade sloe mezcal.
