Michelin-starred restaurant Oro at Hotel Cipriani, A Belmond Hotel, is home to the cuisine of Head Chef Vania Ghedini and culinary creative director Massimo Bottura. 

Originally from Ferrara, Chef Ghedini has created a dynamic menu that celebrates the exceptional produce from the Veneto region with nods to her roots in Emilia Romagna and hints of Morocco from her culinary experiences there.

In her menus, Vania highlights the best produce from the Veneto region, utilising rare ingredients as well as fish and seafood to explore the rich biodiversity of the Adriatic Sea. Her dishes are inspired by her childhood with hints to Veneto’s culinary heritage and Moroccan influencees.
