The Singapore EDITION introduces its signature restaurant FYSH at EDITION and the Lobby Bar by the multi-award-winning chef, restaurateur and author Josh Niland, his first venues outside Sydney, Australia.

More than just a fish restaurant, FYSH is chef Niland’s reimagining of the steakhouse, and his menu showcases a thoughtful balance of innovative fish, seafood, and meat dishes, much of it cooked over the charcoal Josper grill. The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant in Scotland receives coveted Second Michelin Star

5 February 2024 - The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant in Crieff has been awarded a second Michelin star in the 2024 edition of the prestigious Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland during the award ceremony that took place at the Midland Hotel in Manchester. 

Scottish Chef Mark Donald arrived at The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant in 2021, and the first Michelin star was awarded just seven months later. It was the first restaurant inside a distillery to achieve Michelin recognition. Other awards and recognition followed for Mark and his team, and now, with two Michelin stars, they join a small and celebrated selection of establishments in the UK and Ireland.

Mayfair’s Hamiltons Gallery owner Tim Jefferies and Chef Larry Jayasekara open The Cocochine, restoring, renovating and reimagining the historic property in Bruton Place. 

Located in a former mews house at 27 Bruton Place off London’s Berkeley Square, Tim and Larry have approached the property as custodians, preserving and enhancing the 4-story building to house their new restaurant, The Cocochine.
